Initial Order: More Steps, More Time

For a first-time order, the timeline includes several pre-production stages that are not repeated later. These may involve:

• Design & Sampling: We can customize the product structure, size, and logo. For most products, we provide free samples (you only pay international freight).
• Mold Development: For large quantities, we can make a new mold with your logo. This tooling step adds time before mass production begins.
• Packaging Approval: We can create head cards or colored boxes based on your design, which requires review and sign-off.

Once these steps are complete, production starts. According to our product information, the production lead time is usually 20~30 days for small orders. For large orders, it depends on your quantity. We have experience with large orders and can ship at the required date.

Repeat Order: Faster Turnaround

When you place a repeat order, the design, molds, and packaging specifications are already approved and on file. This eliminates the sampling and tooling stages, allowing us to move directly into production. As a result, the typical lead time for a repeat order is generally shorter than for an initial order.
